Medplus Health Services: Promoter Pledges Additional 9 Lakh Shares

Agilemed Investments Pvt Ltd, a promoter of Medplus Health Services Ltd, has created an additional pledge of 9,00,000 equity shares on July 24, 2026. This action was taken pursuant to a top-up notice from Catalyst Trusteeship Limited (Debenture Trustee) to maintain the required Security Cover Ratio under the Share Pledge Agreement. Following this, Agilemed Investments now holds an aggregate of 1,23,77,525 equity shares under pledge, representing 10.30% of the company's total share capital. The disclosure was made under SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares & Takeovers) Regulations, 2011.
