Medplus Promoter Pledges 9 Lakh Shares for Security Cover

Agilemed Investments Private Limited, a promoter of Medplus Health Services Limited, has created an additional pledge of 9,00,000 equity shares. This action was taken on July 24, 2026, in response to a top-up notice from Catalyst Trusteeship Limited (Debenture Trustee) to restore the required Security Cover Ratio under the Share Pledge Agreement. Following this, the promoter holds an aggregate of 1,23,77,525 equity shares under pledge, representing 10.30% of the total share capital. This disclosure is made as per SEBI (SAST) Regulations, 2011.
