Meta Infotech Appoints Manohar Duvvuri as Independent Director

Meta Infotech Ltd announced the appointment of Mr. Manohar Duvvuri as an Additional Director, designated as Non-Executive Independent Director, for a term of five years effective August 13, 2026, subject to shareholder approval. In-principle approval for an ESOP Scheme 2026 was also noted.
