Franklin Templeton Mutual Fund, through its various schemes, has increased its shareholding in Metropolis Healthcare Ltd. The acquisition, executed via the open market, resulted in an increase of 7,42,409 shares, representing 0.358% of the total share capital. Following this transaction, Franklin Templeton's total holding in Metropolis Healthcare now stands at 10,577,754 shares, or 5.100% of the total share capital.
