Microse India Appoints Dheeraj Mishra as New CFO

Microse India Limited announced the appointment of Mr. Dheeraj Mishra as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Company, effective November 1, 2026. The decision was made during a Board of Directors meeting held on October 23, 2026. Mr. Mishra's appointment is based on his experience in finance management and follows recommendations from the Nomination & Remuneration Committee and the Audit Committee. The board meeting, which commenced at 11:30 AM and concluded at 12:50 PM, also addressed other inter-alia matters.
