Microse India Appoints Dheeraj Mishra as New CFO

Microse India Limited announced the appointment of Mr. Dheeraj Mishra as the new Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Company, effective November 1, 2026. The decision was made by the Board of Directors during their meeting held on October 23, 2026, following recommendations from the Nomination & Remuneration Committee and the Audit Committee. Mr. Mishra brings ample experience in accounting and finance management to the role.
