Microse India Reappoints Shyam Sunder Agrawal as Director

Microse India Ltd announced the re-appointment of Mr. Shyam Sunder Agrawal as Director during a meeting of its members held on September 29, 2026. Mr. Agrawal, who retires by rotation, is eligible for re-appointment. He holds a Graduate degree in Commerce and Law and specializes in Business Management and Leadership. Notably, Mr. Agrawal is the father of Mr. Saurabh Garg (Director) and husband of Mrs. Nisha Garg (Director). The meeting also approved other inter alia matters.
