Mindspace REIT Appoints New Valuer and Auditor

Mindspace Business Parks REIT's manager, K Raheja Corp Investment Managers Private Limited, announced board approvals for key appointments. Mr. Vijay Aravindkumar C has been appointed as the Valuer for a period of two financial years (FY27-FY28), with an option for extension. CBRE South Asia Private Limited will serve as the independent property consultant for two financial years (FY27-FY28) to review valuation methodologies. Additionally, B S R & Co. LLP has been appointed as the Statutory Auditors for five consecutive financial years, commencing from FY28 until the conclusion of the annual meeting for FY32. These appointments are subject to Unitholder approval.
