Trading Window Closed for Q2 FY27 Unaudited Financial Results

Mini Diamonds India Ltd announced the closure of its trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives. The closure is effective from October 01, 2026, and will remain in effect until 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited financial results (standalone and consolidated) for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026. The company will announce the date of the board meeting for these results in due course, in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
