MIDHANI Appoints Two Non-Executive Independent Directors

Mishra Dhatu Nigam Ltd (MIDHANI) has announced the appointment of two Non-Executive Independent Directors to its Board: Shri A. Pugazhenthi and Shri Sameer Mundra. The appointments were conveyed by the Department of Defence Production, Ministry of Defence, effective August 21, 2026, for a term of three years or until further orders. Shri A. Pugazhenthi, with an M.Sc. and LL.B., brings experience in legal practice and agriculture. Shri Sameer Mundra, a B.E. in Production Engineering, has extensive experience in business management, engineering, and trading. Both directors have confirmed compliance with SEBI regulations and are not disqualified from holding office.
