Modipon Appoints Vasu Bansal & Co. as Statutory Auditors

Modipon Ltd has appointed M/s Vasu Bansal & Co., Chartered Accountants, as its new Statutory Auditors, replacing M/s B.M. Chatrath & Co. LLP, whose term concluded as per the Companies Act, 2013. The appointment, approved by the Board of Directors on May 29, 2026, is for a five-year term, from the conclusion of the 59th to the 64th Annual General Meeting, subject to shareholder approval. Additionally, Mr. Vineet Kumar Thareja's designation was changed to "Chief Compliance Officer, Chief Financial Officer & Company Secretary," effective May 29, 2026, with no changes to his remuneration or responsibilities.
