Modipon Appoints Vasu Bansal & Co. as Statutory Auditors

Modipon Ltd has appointed M/s Vasu Bansal & Co., Chartered Accountants, as its new Statutory Auditors, replacing M/s B.M. Chatrath & Co. LLP, following the completion of their term. The appointment is subject to shareholder approval and is for a term of five years, commencing from the conclusion of the 59th Annual General Meeting until the conclusion of the 64th AGM. Additionally, Mr. Vineet Kumar Thareja's designation has been changed to "Chief Compliance Officer, Chief Financial Officer & Company Secretary" with effect from May 29, 2026, with no changes to his existing remuneration, duties, responsibilities, and terms and conditions.
