Motherson Sumi Wiring: Director Resigns, New Director Appointed

Motherson Sumi Wiring India Ltd announced changes to its Board of Directors. Mr. Yuichi Shimizu, a nominee director of Sumitomo Wiring Systems Limited, Japan, resigned from the Board effective April 28, 2026. Concurrently, Mr. Ryuji Sakai, also a nominee of Sumitomo Wiring Systems Limited, Japan, was appointed as an Additional Director, effective the same date. These changes were approved by the Board in its meeting held on April 28, 2026, and are a result of a change in nomination by Sumitomo Wiring Systems Limited.
