Motherson Sumi Wiring: Director Yuichi Shimizu resigns, Ryuji Sakai appointed

Motherson Sumi Wiring India Ltd announced changes to its Board of Directors, effective April 28, 2026. Mr. Yuichi Shimizu, a Nominee Director of Sumitomo Wiring Systems Limited, Japan, has resigned from the Board. Concurrently, Mr. Ryuji Sakai, also a Nominee Director of Sumitomo Wiring Systems Limited, Japan, has been appointed as an Additional Director. These changes are a result of a nomination change by Sumitomo Wiring Systems Limited. The Board meeting to approve these changes commenced at 1330 Hours and concluded at 1520 Hours on April 28, 2026.
