Mukand Ltd Executes Deeds of Conveyance for Sale of Land at Dighe, Thane, Maharashtra Aggregating to Rs. 555 Crores

Mukand Ltd has executed two Conveyance Deeds for the sale of land parcels situated at village Dighe, Thane, Maharashtra. The sale includes 50% undivided share of 9,871 sq. mtrs of land and a portion of land admeasuring in aggregate approx. 57,386 sq. mtrs. The total consideration for the sale is Rs. 555,34,68,865/- after adjusting and appropriating Rs. 110,00,00,000/- being the part consideration earlier paid by the Purchaser. The sale of the balance land admeasuring approx. 12,437.38 sq. mtrs situated at village Kalwa will be completed in due course. The sale does not constitute an undertaking or substantially the whole of the undertaking for the Company and is not expected to have an impact on its operations.
