Muthoot Finance Appoints New Directors and Vice Chairman

Muthoot Finance Ltd announced changes in its Board of Directors following its 29th Annual General Meeting held on August 31, 2026. Mr. Eapen Alexander has been appointed as Whole-Time Director, Mr. Alexander George as Managing Director, and Mr. George Alexander Muthoot as Vice Chairman and Whole-Time Director. These appointments are effective from October 1, 2026, and will continue until March 31, 2031.
