Muthoot Microfin Board Approves ₹4000 Cr Debt Issuance, Appoints Director

Muthoot Microfin Ltd's Board of Directors, in a meeting held on June 30, 2026, approved several key decisions. These include the appointment of Ms. Hannah Muthoot as an Additional Director, and the issuance of Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) aggregating up to ₹3000 Crores via private placement and ₹1000 Crores through public issue for FY 2026-27. The company also approved an overall limit of ₹500 Crores for Commercial Paper issuance during the same financial year. The 34th Annual General Meeting is scheduled for August 11, 2026.
