Muthoot Microfin Ltd's Board of Directors, in a meeting on June 30, 2026, approved significant management and audit changes. Ms. Hannah Muthoot, a fourth-generation promoter family member with over five years of experience in financial services, was appointed as an Additional Director (Non-Executive - Non-Independent) effective June 30, 2026.
