Nakoda Group of Industries Ltd Authorizes Co-packing Agreement with Rudransh Beverages Private Limited

Nakoda Group of Industries Ltd has authorized Mr. Jayesh Choudhary, Whole Time Director, to enter into a co-packing agreement with Rudransh Beverages Private Limited for the manufacturing, supply, and co-packing of packaged drinking water under the trade-name/brand 'NOCTRL'. The agreement is a domestic one, and Nakoda Group of Industries Limited will pay consideration as per the mutually accepted terms and conditions. This move will allow Nakoda Group of Industries Limited to enter the consumer product segment of the Packaged Drinking water segment, increasing its product range. Rudransh Beverages Private Limited, on the other hand, will gain a new client and a boost in their turnover and capacity utilization.
