Nanta Tech Signs LOI with Connplex Cinemas for Robot Deployment

Nanta Tech Limited has executed a Letter of Intent (LOI) with Connplex Cinemas for a long-term Robot-as-a-Service (RaaS) engagement. The deal involves the deployment and operation of 100 Allbotix AT10 Marketing & Delivery Robots across Connplex's cinema network. The indicative total contract value is ₹14.40 Crore over 3 years. Under the RaaS model, Nanta Tech will provide the robots as a managed service on a subscription basis, retaining ownership of hardware, software, and IP. This agreement is expected to strengthen Nanta Tech's market position and recurring revenue base.
