Nanta Tech Signs MOU with Aimtron for Robotic Product Manufacturing

Nanta Tech Limited has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Aimtron Technologies Private Limited for the contract manufacturing of robotic products under its Allbotix brand. The collaboration, effective for 12 months, aims to strengthen Nanta's manufacturing capabilities and support the scaling of its robotics business. Aimtron Technologies will manufacture, assemble, and test the products based on Nanta's designs and specifications. Nanta Tech will retain all intellectual property rights. The parties anticipate potential manufacturing orders valued at approximately ₹10 crore over 15 months, subject to future purchase orders. This partnership enables an asset-light and scalable manufacturing model for Nanta.
