HUDCO Signs ₹25,000 Cr MoU with Bihar Govt for Infra

Housing and Urban Development Corporation Limited (HUDCO) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Government of Bihar to provide financial assistance of up to ₹25,000 Crore over five years. This funding will support the development of industrial infrastructure, including land acquisition, across Bihar. The MoU aims to facilitate the planning, development, and financing of proposed Industrial Parks in a time-bound manner. Loans will be disbursed in tranches with flexible repayment terms up to 25 years, secured by project revenues or state budget allocations.
