Nanta Tech signs MoU with Aimtron for robotic product manufacturing

Nanta Tech Limited has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Aimtron Technologies Private Limited for the contract manufacturing of robotic products under Nanta's Allbotix brand. The collaboration aims to enhance Nanta's manufacturing capabilities and scale its robotics business. Aimtron Technologies will manufacture, assemble, and test robotic products designed by both companies. Nanta Tech will retain all intellectual property rights. The parties anticipate manufacturing orders with an indicative aggregate value of approximately ₹10 crore over 15 months, subject to purchase orders. This partnership provides Nanta with an asset-light and scalable manufacturing model.
