National Fertilizers Ltd has announced that its 52nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on September 22, 2026, at 2:30 PM via Video Conferencing/Other Audio-Visual Means. The Board of Directors, in a meeting held on August 12, 2026, approved the un-audited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, and recommended a final dividend of ₹1.04 per equity share (10.40%) for the Financial Year 2025-26, subject to shareholder approval. The record date for the dividend payment and e-voting is set for September 14, 2026. Remote e-voting will be open from September 17 to September 21, 2026. The final dividend, if approved, will be paid by October 21, 2026.
