National Fertilizers recommends ₹1.04 final dividend for FY26

National Fertilizers Ltd announced its Board of Directors has recommended a final dividend of ₹1.04 per equity share (10.40%) for the Financial Year 2025-26. This recommendation is subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming 52nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled for September 17th, 2026. The company also disclosed its un-audited financial results for the quarter ended June 30th, 2026. The record date for dividend entitlement is set as September 14th, 2026, with the dividend payment expected by October 21st, 2026, if approved. The AGM will be conducted via Video Conferencing (VC) / Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM).
