National Fertilizers recommends ₹1.04 final dividend

National Fertilizers Ltd announced its Board of Directors has recommended a final dividend of ₹1.04 per equity share (10.40%) for the Financial Year 2025-26. This recommendation is subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming 52nd Annual General Meeting (AGM), scheduled for September 11, 2026. The company also disclosed its un-audited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The final dividend, if approved, will be paid on or before October 21, 2026. The record date for determining entitlement to the dividend is set as September 14, 2026.
