NHIT Registrar KFin Technologies Changes Corporate Office Address

National Highways Infra Trust (NHIT) has announced a change in the corporate office address of its Registrar and Share Transfer Agent (RTA), KFin Technologies Limited. The new address will be effective from December 1, 2026. The RTA's existing corporate office is located at Selenium Tower B, Plot No. 31 & 32, Financial District, Nanakramguda, Serilingampally, Hyderabad - 500032. The new corporate office will be situated at 6th Floor, South Tower, Rajapushpa Avenue, Survey No. 15, Kokapet, Serilingampally Mandal, Hyderabad, Ranga Reddy District, Telangana - 500075. NHIT has requested all stakeholders to update their records and direct all future correspondence to the new address. The Registered Office of the RTA remains unchanged.
