Nazara Tech: Axana Estates & PACs Increase Stake to 31.14%

Axana Estates LLP and Persons Acting in Concert (PACs) have increased their shareholding in Nazara Technologies Limited. Before the acquisition, their combined holding was 27.15% (10,05,82,616 shares). Axana Estates LLP acquired 1,47,70,680 shares, representing 3.99% of the total share capital. Following the acquisition, the combined holding of Axana Estates LLP and PACs stands at 31.14% (11,53,53,296 shares). The acquisition was made through open market purchases.
