NBCC Appoints D K Chhajer & Co. as Statutory Auditor for FY 2026-27

NBCC (India) Ltd has announced the appointment of M/s D K Chhajer & Co., Chartered Accountants, as its Statutory Auditor for the Financial Year 2026-27. The appointment was made by the Comptroller and Auditor General of India (CAG) in exercise of powers conferred under Section 139 of the Companies Act, 2013. M/s D K Chhajer & Co. has submitted their consent to act as auditor. The firm, established in 1964, has 15 partners and extensive experience in statutory audits for public and private sector enterprises, including banks and government entities.
