Nephrocare Subsidiary Acquires Dialysis Assets for PhP 151.6M

Nephrocare Health Services Limited's wholly-owned subsidiary in the Philippines, Nephrocare Health Care Services, Philippines Inc., has entered into an Asset Transfer Agreement (ATA) with Curis Dialysis and Kidney Care Center. The agreement, dated June 24, 2026, involves the acquisition of identified assets for a dialysis center located in Orion, Bataan, Philippines. The total consideration for this acquisition is PhP 151,600,000. This strategic move is expected to expand the company's healthcare footprint in the Philippines.
