The transaction, executed via an Asset Transfer Agreement dated June 22, 2026, involves a total consideration of PhP 80,640,000. This strategic acquisition aims to expand the company's footprint in the Philippine healthcare market. The seller is not related to Nephrocare or its group companies, and the transaction is not considered a related party transaction.
