Neptune Logitek adds IT solutions for logistics to MOA

Neptune Logitek Ltd's Board of Directors and shareholders, at the 14th Annual General Meeting held on September 21, 2026, approved the addition of a new sub-clause to the Main Objects of the company's Memorandum of Association (MOA). This amendment allows the company to engage in designing, developing, owning, and providing software, mobile applications, web-based platforms, cloud-based solutions, ERP systems, SaaS, and other IT-enabled solutions. These services will cater to the logistics, transportation, supply chain, warehousing, freight forwarding, courier, shipping, e-commerce, and fleet management industries, significantly expanding the company's business scope into technology-driven services.
