Newever Trade Wings Ltd Appoints New Statutory Auditor and MD

Newever Trade Wings Ltd announced in a board meeting held on August 5, 2026, the resignation of M/s. PAMS & Associates as Statutory Auditor due to geographical constraints. The board took note of the resignation effective June 19, 2026. Following the Audit Committee's recommendation, M/s. Lipika and Associates have been proposed as the new Statutory Auditor for a five-year term starting FY 2026-27, subject to member approval. Additionally, Mr. Manoj Batham was appointed as Managing Director and CFO, and Mr. Navneet Khare, Mr. Saroj Kumar Choudhury, and Ms. Iranee Tripathy were appointed as Additional Directors (Independent Directors). Mr. Nitin Oza was appointed as Internal Auditor for FY 2026-27.
