NIIT Learning Systems Acquires Bluewater Learning for $17.6M

NIIT Learning Systems Limited has acquired 100% of Bluewater Learning, LLC for up to USD 17.6 million, including performance-based earnouts. This acquisition, completed through NIIT's subsidiary NIIT (USA), Inc., aims to enhance NIIT Learning's capabilities in AI-driven learning, talent transformation, and HCM technology advisory, integration, and managed services. Bluewater, founded in 2003, brings expertise in strategic advisory and technology solutions, having served over 1,100 clients. The combined entity will leverage Bluewater's partnerships with Cornerstone and Docebo, alongside NIIT Learning's existing partnerships, to offer comprehensive HCM and talent transformation solutions to large enterprises. This move supports NIIT Learning's growth strategy by expanding its advisory services, deepening technology expertise, strengthening operational capabilities, and creating new opportunities for clients and partners in the evolving AI-driven L&D landscape.
