NIIT Learning Systems Acquires Bluewater Learning for Up to $17.6M

NIIT Learning Systems Ltd announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, NIIT (USA), Inc., has acquired 100% membership interest in Bluewater Learning, LLC, a Texas-based company specializing in Human Capital Management (HCM) learning technology. The total purchase price is up to USD 17.6 million, including an earnout amount payable over five years based on performance. For the twelve months ended September 30, 2026, Bluewater Learning reported an estimated turnover of USD 8.5 million. This acquisition aligns with NIIT Learning Systems' strategy for growth through new capabilities and geographic expansion, strengthening its position in the HCM Learning Tech ecosystem.
