NIIT USA to merge subsidiary Stackroute Learning Inc.

NIIT (USA) Inc. (NIIT USA), a wholly owned subsidiary of NIIT Learning Systems Limited, has approved the merger of its wholly owned subsidiary, Stackroute Learning Inc. (SLI), with and into NIIT USA. The merger, effective July 17, 2026, is subject to regulatory approvals. NIIT USA reported revenue of USD 113.53 million for FY26, while SLI had revenue of USD 1.59 million and a net worth of USD 1.07 million as of June 30, 2026. The merger aims to leverage combined capabilities, simplify operations, and reduce overhead costs. It is not considered a related party transaction and is not expected to materially impact financials. Shareholding patterns will remain unchanged.
