Niva Bupa Health Insurance Company Ltd has announced that its Board of Directors will convene on Friday, May 08, 2026. The primary agenda for this meeting is to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results/Statements for both the quarter and the full financial year ended March 31, 2026. Additionally, the Board will review and approve the Audited IFRS Financial Statements for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. The company also informed that the trading window, which was previously closed, will continue to remain shut until May 10, 2026, inclusive of both days.
