Nova Agritech Ltd Announces Trading Window Closure for Designated Persons and Specified Connected Persons

Nova Agritech Ltd has announced the closure of the trading window for dealing in securities of the company by designated persons and specified connected persons (including their immediate relatives). The closure will be effective from 1st April, 2026 till 48 hours after the declaration of audited financial results for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2026. This decision is in accordance with the 'Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading' of the company. The date of the board meeting for considering the audited financial results of the company for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2026, will be informed separately.
