Nova Agritech Re-appoints Internal & Cost Auditors

Nova Agritech Ltd has re-appointed V P S & Associates as Internal Auditors and M P R & ASSOCIATES as Cost Auditors for the financial year 2026-27. The decision was based on the recommendation of the Audit Committee and approved by the Board of Directors in their meeting held on May 30, 2026. Disclosures as required under SEBI Master Circular dated January 30, 2026, are enclosed.
