Nova Agritech Ltd has announced the schedule for its 19th Annual General Meeting (AGM), set to take place on Saturday, September 26, 2026, at 10:30 AM. The meeting will be conducted through Video Conference or Other Audio-Visual Means. The cut-off date for members to be eligible for dispatch of the AGM notice and Annual Report is August 29, 2026, with the notice being emailed on September 1, 2026. The entitlement for voting at the AGM is based on the Register of Members as of September 19, 2026. E-voting will commence on September 23, 2026, and conclude on September 25, 2026. Central Depository Services (India) Ltd will provide the e-voting platform, and Mr. M Ramana Reddy has been appointed as the Scrutinizer.
