Nova Agritech Ltd Independent Directors Review Performance as 'Satisfactory' in Separate Meeting

Pursuant to Schedule IV of the Companies Act, 2013 and Regulation 25(3) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements Regulations, 2015, a Separate Meeting of the Independent Directors was held on 18th March, 2026. The Independent Directors reviewed the performance of Non-Independent Directors, Chairperson and the Board as a whole, and assessed the quality, quantity and timeliness of the flow of information between the Company's management and the Board. The performance of the Non-Independent Directors, Chairperson and Board of Directors of the Company was evaluated and found 'satisfactory' by the Independent Directors.
