Nova Agritech Reappoints Directors, Appoints Company Secretary

Nova Agritech Ltd announced the reappointment of Mrs. Malathi Siripurapu and Mr. Rajesh Cherukuri as whole-time directors for three-year terms starting March 2027. Mr. Ramesh babu Nemani was re-appointed as an independent director for a second five-year term from March 2027. The company also appointed Mr. Gopi Mallikharjuna Rao Avvaru as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer. These appointments are subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming 19th Annual General Meeting. The company confirmed that the reappointed directors have not been debarred by any regulatory authority.
