The agreement spans three years and will focus on driving customer activation, engagement, lead generation, disbursement growth, referrals, and retention. The revenue model is recurring and usage-linked, with consideration growing based on user onboarding and engagement, offering Novus a scalable, annuity-like revenue stream in addition to a one-time setup fee. Deployment is expected within two weeks.
