NRB Bearings Sells AAPL Shares for ₹1.45 Crore

NRB Bearings Ltd has received board approval to sell a total of 14,56,000 equity shares in Amplus Ampere Private Limited (AAPL), representing 2.57% of AAPL's equity share capital. The sale is divided into two tranches: 7,20,000 shares (1.27%) to Apcotex Industries Limited (AIL) for ₹72,00,000 (₹72 Lakhs), and 7,36,000 shares (1.30%) to Deepak Novochem Technologies Limited (DNTL) for ₹73,60,000 (₹73.6 Lakhs). The total consideration for the sale amounts to ₹1,45,60,000 (₹1.45 Crore). Following these transactions, NRB Bearings will continue to hold 7.23% of AAPL's share capital. The agreements do not grant special rights to the transferees.
