Propshare Platina to Sell Assets for ₹410.13 Cr
Property Share Investment Trust - Propshare Platina has entered into a non-binding term sheet for the proposed sale of all its assets. The transaction, valued at an Enterprise Value of approximately ₹410.13 Cr, involves the transfer of the entire share capital and all other instruments of its Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs) to the Investment Manager of an Alternative Investment Fund (Category-II). The final Net Consideration will be subject to customary adjustments for working capital and other items, as well as applicable taxes. The deal is contingent upon the completion of due diligence, negotiation and execution of definitive agreements, and receipt of necessary approvals. This non-binding term sheet does not guarantee the consummation of the sale.
