Mr. Malakar brings over 20 years of extensive experience in Real Estate, Hotels, Hospitals & Facility Management, with expertise in areas such as general administration, facilities management, vendor management, contracts negotiation, and sustainability solutions. He is a Mechanical Engineer with a Post Graduate Diploma in Thermal Power Plant Engineering.
