Olympia Industries Ltd has announced that its Board of Directors will meet on February 10, 2026, to consider and approve the Un-Audited Financial Results for the quarter ended December 31, 2025. The meeting will be held at the company's registered office in Mumbai. In accordance with the Company’s Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report trading by Insiders, the trading window for all designated persons of the company and their immediate relatives will remain closed until 48 hours after the declaration of the results.
