OM Infra Ltd Independent Director, Mr. Gopi Raman Sharma, Completes Term

OM Infra Ltd has announced that Mr. Gopi Raman Sharma has completed his term as an Independent Director of the company, effective from March 10, 2026. This completion of term has led to Mr. Sharma ceasing to be the Chairman of the Nomination & Remuneration Committee and the Stakeholders’ Relationship Committee, and a member of the Audit Committee.
