OnMobile Global Partners with Savex for ONMO+ Console Distribution

OnMobile Global Ltd has entered into a Distribution Agreement with Savex Technologies Private Limited on October 28, 2026. This agreement focuses on the distribution of OnMobile's ONMO+ Smart Console, including its gaming hardware and bundled digital services, across India. The distribution will occur through authorized large format retail, regional retail, e-commerce, and quick-commerce channels on a stock-and-sale basis. This partnership aims to expand the ONMO+ Smart Console's availability beyond its current online presence to organized retail and marketplace channels nationwide, leveraging Savex's established network as a national distributor of technology and consumer electronics. The agreement has a term of three years from the Effective Date. Consideration will be as per purchase orders placed under the agreement.
