AMPL Capital (Credent Global) Open Offer: ₹47.9 Cr for 26% Stake

Novus Capital Advisors Pvt Ltd, acting as the Manager to the Offer, has submitted a Public Announcement regarding an Open Offer for AMPL Capital Limited (formerly Credent Global Finance Limited). DP Global Wealth Management LLP and Mr. Vikas Kataria, along with Ms. Supriya Kataria as a Person Acting in Concert (PAC), are making the offer to acquire up to 1,59,79,920 equity shares, representing 26% of the total issued capital. The offer price is fixed at ₹30 per equity share, valuing the total transaction at ₹47,93,97,600 (approximately ₹47.94 crore) in cash. This Open Offer is being made in compliance with the SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011.
